44Turnaround Time -- We won't take on your project unless we can promise you complete satisfaction.

Our standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours. This is standard rate, not rush. Other companies may typically charge a rush rate for this type of service, but because we have a large staff of transcriptionists we're able to turn work around quickly. Large orders may take additional time to complete due to volume or workload. However, we will always work with you to turn your order around as quickly as possible. Rush Services are available for those times you need your work in a hurry!

Transcriptionists work days, nights and weekends so we're able to get your work completed in a timely manner. Office Hours are Monday - Friday - 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Drop box is available to you any time of day or night!

Most of our clients have come to rely on transcripts e-mailed directly to them. We can send your transcripts to multiple e-mail addresses at no extra cost . . . or we can deliver your work on a 3.5 disc, CD, or hard copy.
